- Full Spectrum means that the CBD contains all cannabinoids naturally occurring in the cannabis plant including trace amounts of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) and terpenes, which provide flavor and smell to the oil.
- Broad Spectrum means that the THC has been removed and traces of other cannabinoids including CBD remain.
- Isolate is simply purified CBD that has been extracted from the cannabis plant and isolated from all other cannabinoids. It does not contain THC.

- Virtually all chemical compounds from over-the-counter drugs and prescriptions interact with other compounds. With hemp, most potential interactions are non-existent to slight. In fact, some drugs seem to work together with hemp favorably. However, it’s always a good idea to check with your doctor if you are concerned.
- No – not one reported case. If you take too much you may feel lethargic or have an upset stomach.
- CBD can be taken at any time day or night. Most research indicates best results when taken without food. Serving size depends on many factors like age, gender, weight, metabolism, and level of discomfort. There is no set serving for each person so find what’s comfortable for you. We provide suggested serving information but urge you to start slow and increase every few days if needed.
- Absolutely! Studies have shown children to benefit just as most adults. We recommend starting with half the suggested serving size for children under 18.
