I have been using this Essential Oil for over a year now. I have multiple sclerosis and with it comes headaches and pain in one of my eyes. With suggestions from Karen (our sales lady), I rub the oil on my temples, behind my ears and the back of my neck. Although it doesn’t take the pain away completely, it does allow me to relax enough to get some rest.
